Born in Columbia, South Carolina I was raised in a home with strong Southern roots and Christian beliefs.  We spent most days outside on our farm helping my Grandfather in his garden and playing until dusk in our fields.  We worked hard, but life was simpler.  My love for large porches, beautiful courtyards, and Southern coastal charm came from frequent visits to historical Charleston.  These childhood memories overflow into my work and style in homes today. After moving to Collegedale and finishing my BBA in Marketing from Southern Adventist University I went right into real estate at the age of 20. Today I am the mother of three beautiful girls that are the loves of my life, Atlanta, Ellison and Carolina.

Over the years I took advantage of all of the education classes and designations that I hoped would make me a better agent. However, I found that some of my best advice and education came from mentors and seasoned agents that were willing to share their knowledge.

Now, 25 years later, a bit older and hopefully wiser, I realize that simplicity is beautiful in every aspect of life.  Homes built with beautiful lines, attention to detail in moldings and special nooks and corners are what I find exciting.  Helping a family get into a home where I know they're going to raise their family, spend their days playing outside and creating life-long memories around the kitchen table are where I find joy in my work.

The concept of 35 South truly was born out of friendship, collaboration, and a desire to do things well. I am excited and grateful to have the opportunity to bring all of the things that I hold dear into my own company, with partners that have the same vision.
