At 35 South we are frequently asked..... "Will staging help sell my home?"  The results speak for themselves!  This gorgeous home was already in perfect shape, but our designer just made it so much more special and we love the homey feeling.  Staging gives the new buyer perspective on the space.  They can imagine themselves sitting in a chair by the fireplace or the little ones lined up at the kitchen bar waiting for a snack.    Editing your existing items or bringing in some new pieces can make all the difference in a buyer making your house a home in their minds.

Not only do we get to celebrate the first day of spring today (yay!) but the owners of 35 South also had a blast celebrating the soon arrival of a sweet baby girl.  Our very own Rachel Bettis will be adding a new baby to her home this spring.  "To everything there is a season, A time to be born... A time to laugh..."

One of our favorite things about Real Estate is seeing what owners do to their homes to make it their own.  Especially when they buy a home with intentions to renovate or add on in a big way.  Our latest home is just one of those.  The owners bought with intentions to renovate.
