Welcome to Downtown

  • Walking Bridge - Located downtown, this is a must-do. It’s especially beautiful around sunset. Although it is sadly, closed for renovations right now.

  • Tennessee Aquarium - This is a great spot to check out with kids or without.

  • The Chattanooga Choo Choo - Located on Market St. downtown. You can go check out the train yard and it is a fun place to hang out for the afternoon.

  • West Village - This is a newer part of downtown. You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and a few boutique shops.

  • Hennens - This is my favorite steakhouse in town. 

  • Champys - This is our local fried chicken place. It’s really good and has a fun atmosphere.

  • Public House - This is a great lunch dinner restaurant and located in Warehouse Row which is worth checking out.

  • Community Pie - This is a pizza place right across from Miller Plaza and the new Miller Park.

  • Two Ten Jack - Also in Warehouse Row. They have delicious Japanese food.

  • The Boathouse - This restaurant overlooks the river and has great outdoor seating.

  • Bluff View Art District - You’ll find an outdoor art garden, The Hunter Art Museum, two restaurants and Rembrandt's Coffee Shop.

  • Kennys - This is a great lunch spot in town and they also have brunch on the weekends.

  • Alleia - This is a great date night spot. Such a cool atmosphere and good Italian food.

  • Taqueria Jalisco Ania - This is my favorite guacamole in town, this is their new location and it has a really fun vibe.

  • Niedlovs - This is my favorite lunch spot/coffee shop in town. Most of the restaurants in Chattanooga serve Niedlov bread.

  • Main St. Meats - Known to have the best burger in town.

  • Clydes - This is a fun bar with games.

  • Goodfellas Pizzaria - They have an arcade inside and a bar downstairs.
