A LOOK BACK AT 2016

Once again a new year is upon us and we have closed out our first full year at 35 South.  Starting a new company is always a leap of faith and we want to thank each of you that have supported us with encouraging words, feedback, listings, sales, prayer, and friendship. We are excited that as a company we have exceeded our sales goals for the year and are busy planning for 2017.

What a quick year this has been from opening our new company, renovating the office space, a new baby, (Yay Rachel), helping our valued clients, bringing on a new team member, and working toward our new subdivision to be rolled out spring of 2017.

The design section of 35 South has been very busy indeed with our head designer, Linda Gaddis, working numerous projects from downtown condos, to out of state locations, and our personal office!  We are extremely proud of her newest project at The Honors Golf Course in Ooltewah.

We are SO EXCITED for 2017 and the focus on home, beautiful design, family atmosphere, and bringing all we have to each transaction and person that we have the the privilege to help.
