Choosing a home is one of the most personal decisions you’ll ever make. It’s not just about square footage — it’s about where your family will grow, gather, and build memories. You deserve someone who understands that deeply.
I do — because I’ve lived it.
Born and raised in Chattanooga, I graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Office Administration before marrying and beginning life in ministry with my husband. In just eight years, we moved eight times — from Mississippi to Georgia to California — relocating our family again and again.
Those years shaped me. I know firsthand what it feels like to pack up a life, settle children into new schools, find the right neighborhood, and turn a house into a home. I understand how profoundly where you live impacts every other part of your life — and why that decision deserves the utmost care.
When I returned to Chattanooga with my three children, I entered the mortgage industry, determined to learn everything I could about lending, contracts, and the financial side of real estate. I worked my way through multiple roles before becoming a closing agent for a title company. That behind-the-scenes experience gave me a deep understanding of the entire transaction process — knowledge that still benefits my clients today.
Eventually, I joined my mother, Kay Witt, in real estate. What began as a leap of faith turned into a calling. For nearly 40 years, I have helped families navigate the emotional and practical decisions involved in buying and selling homes. In many ways, I still see my work as ministry — serving families during pivotal seasons of their lives and guiding them with care, patience, and wisdom.
Over time, clients began asking for more. They wanted help preparing their homes for market. They wanted guidance on decorating and making their new space feel like home. From those requests, my design services naturally grew into another deeply rewarding part of my business.
Real estate and design keep me busy, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Helping families find not just a house, but a place to truly call home, is still the greatest privilege of my career.
